Am I charged for stopped servers?

Yes, servers in a stopped state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP addresses, CPU) and therefore incur charges until you destroy the server.

How am I billed?

All active subscriptions on your account are billed hourly. The monthly rate is estimated by multiplying the hourly rate by 730 hours. Payments are made from your pre-paid account balance.

How do I send email?

Outbound SMTP over port 25 is globally blocked by default. You can receive emails over port 25. However, to send, you need to use an external service from this list over port 587.

How can I view account balance and usage?

You find your balance in our customer portal along with your current usage. There is also the estimated date and time when your balance will hit zero calculated from your current usage.

How can I order more servers?

Accounts are initially limited to 10 servers. We'll be happy to sell you more servers, however, large requests (over 100) may take up to two weeks to process. Contact support to have this limit raised.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Paysafecard and 60+ Cryptocurrencies via Cryptonator, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Monero, Ripple and more.
What happens if I don't pay in time?
Your active instances and subscriptions are automatically terminated within one hour. Remember to keep your balance above $0 as long as you are using our service. Due date can be found in dashboard. We cannot restore a subscription that has been terminated.
Does VAT apply for customers in EU?
Yes, VAT is deducted when you purchase 99Stack coins. VAT is only reserved until the final payments paid from your balance via hourly billing. VAT will be returned if you request a refund. More info

Yes, we support IPv6, IPv4 and unmetered private networking
Where can I find the AUP?
Acceptable use policy can be found here. Please read this document carefully before you start as the consequences of abusive behaviour on our platform is a slow process as it involves many participants.
What is the 99Stack community?
99Stack community is our forum where you can talk to other users and developers, learn more about our platform or development in general.
What can support help me with?
Our support covers only the basics regarding your account and our platform. We cannot provide support for third party products such as Game servers, Webhosting, Domains or Email services. Servers rented via dashboard are delivered with full root access. Our support team has no access to your servers and thus cannot provide support for them either.
How is bandwidth usage calculated
Your bandwidth usage is based on the highest of either your inbound traffic or your outbound traffic. For example, if your VPS uses 100 GB of incoming bandwidth and 200 GB outgoing bandwidth, your utilization for billing purposes would be 200 GB. Read more
