Am I charged for stopped servers?

Yes, servers in a stopped state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP addresses, CPU) and therefore incur charges until you destroy the server. If you wish to no longer accumulate charges for a server, please use the destroy button found in dashboard -> my servers.

How am I billed for my subscriptions?

All instances on your account are billed hourly. The monthly rate is estimated by multiplying the hourly rate by 730 hours. Charges are collected from your account balance which can be updated from dashboard -> update balance. 99Stack coins can be bought with most major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Crypto currencies (like Bitcoin), paysafecard or CashU.

How can I monitor my account balance and usage?

You find your balance in dashboard along with your current usage. There is also the estimated date and time when your balance will hit zero calculated from your current usage. Email reminders and budget alerts can be configured there as well.
What happens if I don't pay in time?
Your active instances and subscriptions are automatically terminated within one hour. Remember to keep your balance above $0 as long as you are using our service. Due date can be found in dashboard. We cannot restore a subscription that has been terminated.
Does VAT apply for customers in EU?
Yes, VAT is deducted when you purchase 99Stack coins. VAT is only reserved until the final payments paid from your balance via hourly billing. VAT will be returned if you request a refund. More info

What can support help me with?
Our support covers only the basics regarding your account and our platform. We cannot provide support for third party products such as Game servers, Webhosting, Domains or Email services. Servers rented via dashboard are delivered with full root access. Our support team has no access to your servers and thus cannot provide support for them either.
Can I pay with crypto currencies?
Yes, we support Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, Monero and more via Cryptonator. Payments with crypto currency improves your privacy and our economical security which is why it's usually rewarded with discounts and other advantages you don't get with other payment methods.
How is bandwidth usage calculated
Your bandwidth usage is based on the highest of either your inbound traffic or your outbound traffic. For example, if your VPS uses 100 GB of incoming bandwidth and 200 GB outgoing bandwidth, your utilization for billing purposes would be 200 GB. Read more
Do I receive root access?
Yes, all our subscriptions are delivered with full root access.
How many servers can I deploy?
Initially your account is limited to 3 simultaneously servers. However this limit can easily be increased by contacting support and ask for a raise.
